7. While we are always happy to hear from you, it is the Company policy not to accept or consider creative materials, ideas, or suggestions other than those we specifically request. This is to avoid any misunderstandings if your ideas are similar to those we have developed independently. Therefore we must request that you do not send to us any original creative materials such as original artwork, written works, etc. Any communication or material you do transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. The Company or its affiliates may use anything you transmit or post for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. Furthermore, the Company is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Company and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers and licensors (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by any Indemnified Party in connection with any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions. 9. The Site is controlled and operated by the Company. The Company makes no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in locations and countries outside of our business location. Those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. You can order an item from the inventory on this site or bring your own items to be personalized or monogrammed.
Payment can be made via cash or check for items brought to us, and Pay Pal for internet orders. We require 50% at time of order and 50% down at time of pickup or delivery. Web orders will require payment in full at time of order.
Katz Kustom Threads LLC wants to make you happy, so we take all precautions to provide you with the highest quality products and services. However, due to the nature of embroidery and embroidery machinery, unforeseen defects, damage, or results that are different from your expectations are out of our control. Katz Kustom Threads LLC is not responsible for replacement or cost of customer supplied goods if they become damaged in the process of embellishment.
Customer supplied garments must be freshly laundered in order for the best possible embroidery. An additional fee will be incurred if we have to have your item cleaned before embroidering. Katz Kustom Threads LLC reserves the right to refuse work due to unlaundered, old, delicate, hard to hoop, or questionable items.
Personalized items and services are not returnable or refundable.
PRICING
- Please call (908) 281-6834 for pricing on specific items.
- There will be a $10 minimum surcharge fee for each customer supplied garment or accessory, in addition to the embroidery fee, and the customer must sign a waiver of liability.
- Fees for digitizing vary based on the size and stitch count of the logo or image to be digitized. If you supply the logo, we will supply you with a quote for the digitizing fees before you place your order.No licensed logo will be reproduced without written permission from the person holding the copyright for the artwork, No exceptions.
- Artwork charges vary based on each project. We will advise you ahead of time if there are artwork charges and how much they will be.
- Silkscreen charges are different than embroidery charges. We can provide you with a quote on both before you place the order.
